I don't like it.
Work is so busy, everyone expects help instantly and there's only two of us trying to work, on top of helping everyone. Another thing that's annoying me is the Big Boss has zero sense of urgency about getting a third person employed, and keeps asking if we're too busy?! This shows that they have no idea what we do, what we're working on, or our workload. Another thing is that I keep being told "it will settle down" as if I have never ever worked there before and am not used to it! This is my 8th september there!
I can do the job, but it's annoying that there seems to be a lack of support and direction from above. Although, I should have known better as this has been the case for a number of years.
In other news, I Moodled again.
